Christ's Love is what we need.
The most important thing that I have learned in my life is Love. As cliche' as that is, it's true in every aspect. Every problem today stems from the lack of love, or at least, where a person puts their love. Our culture tells us to put it in ourselves; resulting in self worship. The society-made philosophy that you should live your life the way that make you the happiest has corrupted the way we teach our kids and how we treat others. If we don't put it in ourselves, we put it in the "things" that we surround ourselves with. Causing us to only care about how many things we can use to fill the holes in our own lives. Because of this attitude, we are only caring about ourselves, and in turn, ruining this society that was built on unity. The Christian Bible says that we are supposed to love in the example of Jesus; who loved and forgave everyone, unconditionally. Some people agree with the Bible and some don't, but it doesn't matter who you are, you can't deny the truth in that philosophy. Also, if you look at the history of our country, it is undeniable that our high points are associated with the times when our citizens care most about each other. I apply this Biblical lifestyle to my life and I believe if others would follow the example that Jesus set, things would be a lot better for everyone.
