Math videos on YouTube are a great teaching resource. As a teacher and tutor, I use them all the time! It is difficult as a student to watch a video and soak in all the information...instead, a teacher or tutor can prepare a "reading guide" for the video - it has segments and clips to watch, with questions to make you think about each part. Then, it summarizes it all at the end (with the student filling in the blanks, of course). This is great for a student, because it allows the teacher/tutor to take the role of learner with the student, and model the learning process as well.
