I have no idea, the question seems perfectly clear to me

## If exponents are part of inside parentheses, do you solve the exponent first or what? ie: (2x3 squared). Does it become 2x9 or 6 squared?

# 1 Answer

I the exponent is inside the parenthesis, then it should be found before multiplying

(2X3^{2}) = (2X9)
