-2x-2y0                              Given

-2x-2(1)                             Anything to the 0 power equals 1

-2x-2                                 Identity property of multiplication

-2/x2                                 The negative power means to move the x2 to the denominator

A negative exponent means that you take the reciprocal of what is being raised to the power. Since x is the only thing being raised to a negative power, it's the only thing that moves:

-2x-2y0 = (-2y0)/x2

Now, we also need to do something with y0. I will leave that and simplification to the student.
