Two hours is 120 minutes, so we can divide 120 by 25:
120/25 = 4.8
4.8 represents the number of 25-minute intervals in 2 hours. Since each 25-minute interval represents 70 people who can ride the Ferris wheel, we simply multiply 70 by 4.8:
70 x 4.8 = 336
So, theoretically, 336 people can ride the Ferris wheel in two hours. Divide that by 2 & you know the rate per hour:
336/2 = 168 riders per hour.
