Multiple of 4 is 4n : { 4,8, 12, 16, 20, 24, .....}

Multiple of 8 is 8n { 8, 16, 24, 32, .... }

It is observed that multiple of 8 are divisible by 4

But Multiple of 4 are not only ( 8, 16, 24 , 32 , .. }

{ 4n} for n { 2. 4, 6 . ...2n} are divisible by 8
