[(80 beats)/(1 minute)][(60 minutes)/(1 hour)][(24 hours)/(1 day)]=(1,000,000 beats)/(x days)
The unit of minutes is in the numerator and denominator.  It cancels.
The units of hours is in the numerator and denominator.  It cancels.
The unit of beats is in the numerator of both sides of the equation.  It cancels.
The unit of days is in the denominator of both sides of the equation.  It cancels.
[(80 beats)/(1 minute)][(60 minutes)/(1 hour)][(24 hours)/(1 day)]=(1,000,000 beats)/(x days)
(80)(60)(24)=1,000,000/(x)
115,200=1,000,000/(x)
Let's cross-multiply...
115,200(x)=1,000,000
Let's divide both sides by 115,200...
x=8.7
The answer is 8.7 days.
1, 000, 000= (80/ min *60Min/1hr *24hr) d
