dH = dE + pdv  +vdp.

At constant pressure, dp = 0.  dH = dE + pdv.  For an ideal gas,  H = E + pV.

Rearrange: E = H - pV. 

                    = -422KJoule  -  (28 atm)(-2.32 L)

                    = -422KJoule  -  (- 6.581 KJoule),     (1 LATM = 101.325 J = 0.101325 KJoule)

                    = -415 KJoule,
