a8 b3 c4

a5 b c2

---------
LCM --- product of common factors with highest exponent : a8 b3 c4 ( in this case is the 1st number).

GCF ---- Product of the common factors with lowest exponent : a5 b c2 ( in this case is the 2nd Number).
                                                                                                         Since the 2nd number is divisible
                                                                                                          by first)
2) 27 X5  = 33. 20 X5
                                      LCM = 23 . 33 X11 = 216 X11
  24 X11 = 23 . 3 X11
                                                 GCF  = 3 X5
