If you are looking for a statistical correlation between variables y and x given in the table, you have to try  to find a linear, quadratic or polynomial regression using calculators or other programs. It also gives you the coefficient of correlation. In this case the graph representation of the teable is scatter plot.
If the table reprersents functional relationships between variables y and x, then you have to know what type of function it represents. If the is a linear function, then it can be wriiten in the slope-intercept form

                   y = mx + b
where m stands for the slope of the line and b is a vertical intercept. In this case you have to pick up two pairs of variables, say (x1, y1) and (x2, y2), and solve the system of two linear equations

                       y1 = mx1 + b

                       y2 = mx2 + b

where
                      m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)  (definition of the slope)

and  b will be equal to   b = y1 - mx1  = y2 -  mx2  (or y1 - (y2-y1)x1/(x2-x1)
