I am a college student who is very interested in ASL and deaf culture. This summer, I will be doing anthropological research into silence in worship (a study into deaf and Quaker churches). I would love to be tutored in ASL two times a week, and it would be wonderful to get involved in some of deaf community events if opportunity allows. I will need tutoring for the next 2-3 months.

I have a five-year-old boy who was identified as having hearing loss when he was four-year-old. He has been wearing his hearing aids for about 1 year, and has progressed a lot. He can read books with simple words and sentences and know phonics. I am looking for a tutor who can help to teach him reading, vocabulary and English.
