My name is Jamie. I have been a teacher for ten years, ranging in grades pre-k through middle school. I have a MA in educational leadership, a BA in elementary education, and several endorsements in middle school, early childhood, and special education. In addition to my professional qualifications, you will also find that I also have personal qualities that enable me to truly make a difference in the lives of the students I work with. My goal as an educator is to serve as a teacher leader as well as role model for students. I demonstrate a commitment to the field of education by pursuing my passion for lifelong learning and continued professional development. I strive to work collaboratively with other professionals to share information, ideas, and resources. My philosophy consists of a constructivist hands on approach to learning. I believe in teaching to the individual learner and their unique learning style.
