I'm a graduate student that maintained a position on the Dean's List every semester throughout college as a biology/pre-medicine major and graduated with a GPA of ~4.0 and high honors. I love to study, take well written notes and understand things thoroughly which helped my grades and now I'd like to share what I've learned with others. Also, I've had a full first career as a professional dancer, so I can help not only in the sciences, math and other academic areas but in theater and dance as well.
My personal philosophy is that anyone can achieve what they want in life (i.e. good grades, becoming a doctor or dancer) as long as they are willing to work for it. Yet, work smarter not harder. I will demonstrate those learning skills I acquired during my time as an undergraduate student. My aim is to show how the student can understand the concepts well enough so hopefully they need a tutor less by the end. I've tutored students of all levels, including my own peers in graduate school.
Also, I don't mind tutoring over the internet or with a group of students.
