Hi, I am in my fifth year of teaching reading interventions for students in grades K-5. I effectively pinpoint students' areas of weakness, while building upon their strengths. I use a variety of hands on learning tools, so that students are never bored. I am interested in multiple learning styles and therefore utilize singing, movement and other creative elements whenever possible/fitting (Yes, even with the fifth graders). I have a variety of assessment tools to track your student's growth and progress monitor. Additionally, I can provide tips to you for assisting your child in between sessions.
