I am Microsoft Excel Certified since 2005 and my real passion is working with databases and pivot tables. I continue to advance my skills whenever possible so that I can keep my high standards of being an exceptional power user.

I enjoy the challenges of working with diverse users, as well as linking multiple workbooks together using mega formulas, importing and exporting data along with having security formulas in place to verify that the output data is 100% accurate, before presenting my results. I take pride in my work and work ethic.

I have also worked in the Information Technology Help Desk field for 15+ years, providing technical support throughout my overall career.

I created a budget for a multi-billion dollar Pharmaceutical company when recommended by a friend. They were currently using calculators to do their budgets. She recommended me to create a spreadsheet for them to enter their data to make sure it was correct. It is a 48 sheet workbook with a summary page. It contains formulas and also double checking formulas to validate the information is correct. It is still used to this day.

I've enjoyed using Excel since I was in 6th grade. I started by using it to balance my checkbooks and little things like that. Then I enjoyed the challenges of creating Pivot Tables and Macros to make things easier. It was when I started dreaming of cells moving that I knew I had to advance my skills in Excel and go get certified!
