I'm a college student studying Accounting and International Political Economy. Last semester I tutored statistics students (mostly friends) and many went from hoping to just pass the class to receiving a high B or A. The professor has since asked me to be the assigned tutor for his classes. No matter the class I am helping with, I take a student through the methods I've used for my successes first.
With both statistics and accounting I've found with certain material it helps to use memorizing tricks, but other material it's about getting down the thinking process and working through a problem step by step. I graduated high school with a 4.0 GPA and I've maintained a 3.8 GPA thus far in my college career. I'm a hard worker and make sure to always show up on time and well prepared.
