I began tutoring at UC Berkeley, while attending the number one English program in the country. At that time, I worked as a tutor and mentor for inner-city high school students in the fields of English and History.
Then, just before heading off to Marquette University Law School, I tutored college students who attended Berkeley City College. There, I exclusively tutored in English. Since graduating from law school, I have opened my own law firm.
While I am engaged in my law practice and love working with my clients, I do miss teaching. My mother, a college professor herself, instilled in me the belief that a good teacher can change a life. That is, through teaching a child effective and productive thought processes, a strong work ethic, and a love of education, a teacher can transform a child into a life-long learner. This is not just important in improving the child's thinking processes; it is also important in creating a better quality of life.
For the above reasons, I would be honored to help your child - especially in anything English, Law, or Business-related.
