I am a creative, well rounded business minded graphic designer and artist. I currently live in Yelm, WA near Olympia. I have an Associate of Science Degree in Fashion Design and have completed 3 years coursework in Graphic Design and Digital Media from West Valley College in Saratoga, CA. I also hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA.

I am computer savvy with both the Mac and PC. I have 6 years of Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing experience where I spent 3 years as a trainer for desktop publishers. I am detail oriented and organized. I have over 18 years of organizational and customer service experience. I possess clear communication skills. I also have 8 years experience providing technical computer support for various clients including administrative assistants. I give easy and clear step by step instructions for clients to follow.

I love to learn new things and share knowledge and resources with others. I am currently involved with several community volunteer projects. I am a certified Master Gardener through Washington State University Extension. I provide resources and information for fellow gardeners throughout Thurston County. This year, I am mentoring a group of Master Gardener Interns via group or individual review of class material, tours of demo gardens and assistance with enhanced education opportunities.

I am also the Web Designer and Webmaster for the Rainier Library, a new community volunteer library. The website includes a public forum for community comments and a shared calendar for volunteer scheduling. In addition, I am developing and coordinating a new Community Computer Skills Coaching program at Rainier Library in partnership with Rainier High School District which inspires learning, collaborating and building community.

I have over 30 years' experience as a seamstress. I have an Associate's Degree in Fashion Design and I am skilled in pattern drafting, draping and grading. I have sewn my original designs of evening wear dresses, jackets, pantsuits and unique, colorful raincoats.
