Hello, my name is Gabriella and I have been tutoring for about 2 years now. I began tutoring with a 5th grade girl and later was asked to tutor her 8th grade sister. I met with these girls for 45 minutes once a week and had great success with both of them. I was told I helped their grades dramatically, which I pride myself on as the 8th grader had previously been helped by a professional tutor.
After this began, homework help was added to my responsibilities in a weekly babysitting job. Because she is a kindergartner, I simply had to make sure she did her homework, make homework fun, and help her if she needed any aid.
I love working with kids and I have found a passion for tutoring. As I am moving on to college, I hope to continue tutoring for families around my new area, which I think will better acclimate me to the area.
