I'm a French native speaker from Quebec, Canada. I moved to Tacoma in the summer of 2010. I have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences and a Master's in International Relations.
French is what I am. I speak, write, read and used to live in French before moving here. I thus can help you with it: grammar, speaking, pronunciation ... With any struggle you have with this beautiful yet difficult language. Learning other languages is hard, but so rewarding! It opens doors on other cultures! I know it myself because I learned two second languages: English and Spanish. I learned English in school when I was young, in College, traveling, reading, working ... same thing with Spanish. In school, traveling, working ... and because of that, I can understand better other cultures that wouldn’t have been accessible to me before. I think that’s great! And I think it’s great that you are trying to learn French and I want to help you with it.
I also traveled the world and visited maybe 35 countries in every continents except Antarctica. I have a graduate degree in International Relations, worked abroad, and follow international politics and economics. Geography is so interesting once you understand what it can bring you!
