I graduated in May 2012 from Michigan State University with a Bachelors in Physics and minors in Mathematics and Integrated Sciences. I was planning to begin my student teaching year the following September to complete my teacher certification but decided to take a year off and move to Seattle. I completed all of the secondary teaching classes that MSU (the best education university in the country) offered. For each of my teaching classes, I was required to spend time tutoring individual students or small groups at neighboring elementary or secondary schools. During my free time at Michigan State I tutored students to help pay for school and was even an official physics tutor for the College of Natural Science at MSU. I have experience tutoring students in a wide variety of subjects, including college physics and calculus, high school calculus, precalculus, algebra, geometry, pre-algebra, elementary science and math, and English as a second language. I also have experience working with students with learning disabilities.
I have always enjoyed tutoring and I look forward to working with you.
