My name is Taylor and I am 23, recently married, and also work full-time as a Partner Manager in online and mobile advertising.
I recently graduated from the University of South Dakota with a double Bachelors in psychology and economics. I have also taken a variety of courses in History, Philosophy, Religion, Politics, Writing/Speech, Business, etc. Previously, I tutored for the department of economics at my university for a year. At my current job, I have gained much experience with many computer programs such as: SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Stata statistical software. I am continuously learning and reading, expanding my knowledge and ability to teach others and help them learn.
My general approach to tutoring has been that it is always better to teach someone how to learn and find ways of doing the work that works for them versus teaching them the answer. For as the ancient Chinese proverb says:
"Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, but teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime."
