I have teaching and mentoring experiences working with diverse learners in many different areas of education. Mathematics, History, Engineering and ESL are all areas in which I have direct training and experience. I have cultivated and maintained relationships with students, parents and/or guardians in order to develop action plans, strategies and interventions in order to find more success in and out of the classroom.
My personal, professional, and volunteer experiences have taken me throughout the US, to South Korea and Australia. I have had unique opportunities to work in different fields of education, social service and management. I believe these experiences have challenged me to become comfortable in various settings and adapt quickly to different environments. I enjoy engaging learners of all ages, witnessing interests grow, and coming up with solutions to difficult problems.
