so since you have (2x+4)^2 and (2x+6)^2. Your first job is to take this solve and uncoil these two expressions first. (2x+4)^2 can be solved using the squared for formula. (a+b)^2 = (a^2 + 2*a*b + b^2) = (a+b) * (a+b) Therefore (2x+4)^2...

Hi, my name is Ataur, and I am a third year student at the University of Washington. I also and Associate of Arts degree from North Seattle Community College where I concentrated in both Math and Business. I tutor as a service and I try making sure that every student that I help ace their tests and quiz. I am pretty laid back but hard working and I am more concerned about students understanding of the core mathematical concepts instead of memorizing formulas. I do provide that people contact me ahead of time and let me know in advance what they need help with.

I have had experience in privately tutoring students with Math in subjects varying from Algebra to Vector Calculus or Differential Equations. Besides privately tutoring high school and college students in their respective Math and Accounting classes, I also have been working in the Math Learning Center at the North Seattle Community College for 2 years. The Math Learning Center is a tutoring center where college students come to get help with Math and Science homework's or test preps. My expertise is helping with Calculus but I also help students in Developmental Math. Besides Math help, I can also help with Physics (General or Engineering). I had three Accounting students last year and I helped them succeed in their respective Accounting classes.

I am also extremely experienced with SAT, GRE and GMAT test preps. For the last three summers while I was in South Asia, I worked for various test prep centers and privately tutored students there with the test preps as well. I held my own classes from time to time when I had too many students that needed help with SAT test preps. But my specialty in the test preps is the Math section. I am we'll versed with the reading and writing sections but I am more in tuned with the Math section.

I have also helped a lot of people with basic computer skills. I am an expert with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Please contact me if you need help with any of the subjects I mentioned above in this profile.

Ataur was exactly what my kid needed to catch up on and feel confident again in his new, so much more complicated than we knew, Accounting class. He knew the subject, class and teacher and was kind and understanding about difficulties. He was also available on short notice. He was great and we really appreciate his help.

Ataur really helped me understand! I just needed the one session. A great tutor. He went through the basic equations and helped me relate that back to the material.

Ataur was very easy to get a hold of, flexible hours. We met at a time and place that was very convenient for me. He listened, and thoroughly explained the work. Overall great tutor!

Approved subjects are in **bold**.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

I studied Economics since 7th grade in Bangladesh. I took the GCSE tests and received an A in both in Macro and Micro economics. After high school, I started college at North Seattle Community College and I had to retake the classes. But I aced both of these classes again. Due to these experiences I am extremely well-versed with Economics.

I took the AP tests for US Government and Comparative Governments and scored a 5 on both of them.

I tutor two high school students in Pre-Calculus currently. I was a Math major in college.
