Abby H is a great tutor. My son, for the first time, does not mind sitting down and working with someone on reading and phonics. She is friendly, outgoing but firm, and quickly assessed his needs. We have had three lessons and she has prepared materials based on his interests, even constructing a "word pond" and a football field where he progresses towards a goal when he reads difficult words correctly. Both activities keep the lesson fresh, fun, and meaningful to him. We will continue to utilize her skills throughout the year as I have already noticed improvement in his sounding out more difficult words and that translates to confidence and no more battles over homework.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
