Hi, Morgan here -
I would like to help you with your studies!
My own studies have been focused on physiology and molecular biology: I earned my Ph.D. in developmental biology in 2001 at the University of Texas, and have since been doing research at the U. of Oregon in genetics and cell biology.
Throughout almost all of grad school I was a teaching assistant, leading discussion groups for various undergraduate biology courses. More recently, I have twice taught introductory biology courses for non-science majors (at the UO and Northwest Christian University). Each time I put a good deal of effort into designing and teaching the course, and each time enjoyed it immensely.
I love teaching. What I like best is to spark your interest in whatever problem or puzzle confronts you - and then lead you to the understanding that lets you solve it.
Fortune has blessed me with wonderful teachers, and with a lot of practice I've become pretty good at what I do. I look forward to sharing what I have learned.
