I currently have a BSc in e-Business and have 10 years of experience working in Payroll, Accounting, HR and IT, including database development. My last technical position was as an HR Systems Analyst and Project Manager.

More recently, I completed a BA in Psychology at UW. Through my work experience and studies, I have had the opportunity to tutor/train people and find that most people find my style helpful.

My tutoring style is adaptable to each student. I take the work that they are currently struggling, allow them to show me how they would complete the work and then figure out what skills the student needs to be successful. For example, if the subject is pre-calculus, I would look to see if the student is struggling with concepts introduced in the current class or if we need to go back and cover fractions, order of operations, etc.

As I have an extensive background working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint in a business environment, I am really good at teaching these programs.
