Portuguese is a very elegant and beautiful language. I have recently lived in Brazil for two years and I have learned Portuguese by living and talking to people on the streets. I am street smart in the Portuguese language and I can teach the way they actually speak in Brazil. Many people can teach from books but they don't really know how to communicate with the people in their own street language. This is possible only from living and learning with the Brazilians and that is what I have done and will teach you. I will teach actually how you talk to the Brazilian people through a cultural stand point. My students will leave the lessons filled and enriched with the language and the culture of Brazil. My goal is for you to speak like a native and not a tourist.
My methods of teaching are simple. As I had to learn the language too through a two year period of time I developed ways that makes learning Portuguese effective. I focus on the practice part. In learning any language, the key is to get use to you hearing yourself speak the language. Through this practice you will train your mind to recognize the words in your head so that you can fluently speak the language. This is what gave me success and this is what I can pass on as your Portuguese tutor. As you can see I am an exceptional teacher that teaches from raw experience.
