I am a dedicated, experienced tutor with a passion for learning and for teaching. Having lived in Ecuador for three months in a rigorous Spanish language and culture program, I know what it's like to be learning something new in an unfamiliar environment. So I feel your pain! It can be scary and quite intimidating, but with the right support, anyone can reach her or his full potential. That is what I am here to do. I do not subscribe to one particular method of teaching because, after all, every individual person learns differently! I hope to collaborate with my students, to find out what it is they want to get out of our sessions, and to develop a relationship that is not authoritarian with subordinate, but one that is simply two equals working together to achieve your personal goals. If you have an idea about a lesson plan, I would love to hear it, and we can try to integrate it into the overall experience. I have experience working with children and adults of all ages and levels, in both professional and private settings, so it is easy for me to adapt. I like to think of myself as someone with a great sense of humor who does not take herself too seriously, however I take teaching seriously and I would love it if you are serious about learning. If you have more questions about me (which I'm sure you will), do not hesitate to ask! I can't wait to meet you. Let's get ready to work!
