I was born in the most densely populated city in Mexico, Mexico City, where I enjoyed a happy family life. The nicest memories I had were the vacations at the beach with my parents, brothers, and sisters.
I studied to be a Public Accountant at "Instituto Politécnico Nacional de México." I was also a member of the gymnastics and swimming teams. I studied Mexican Folk dance at the school "Ballet Folklórico de México." In addition, I learned painting. Later, I studied nursing and have also taken classes in professional rescue, health, fitness, and medical language interpretation.
I have lived in the United States since 1987 with my husband Robert and my son Carlos.
I have been a Spanish teacher in American schools for more than 20 years. I have also been conducting bible studies.
I teach classes for men and women whose native language is something other than Spanish. I have had experience with people of all ages. The students range from small children to much older adults.
My methods of teaching are through oral and written communication which includes reading, writing, speaking, singing, and listening. I adjust the method of teaching according to the students' needs because some of them are businesspeople while others are students, travelers, children, housewives, physicians, nurses, police officers, judges, engineers, and almost every other profession.
