My name is Walton. I've been an avid photographer for over two decades and have worked with image editing programs since 2001.
My previous photography experience include travel, photojournalism, portrait photography, and on an occasion, an event or two. I press the shutter when I know I nailed it, not the camera's frames per second capabilities hoping I got it. As for my shooting style, I take my time to consider lighting and composure when framing each photo before I open an aperture and I am focused 100% on telling a story. In short, I capture emotions, not images or prints. I focus on selling the experience. My photographs are a mere reminder of the experience that created them.
I currently operate with Photoshop CS5 to create images and post process photography works. I can integrate Adobe Lightroom and OnOne tools to enhance the creative process. When viewing my images, often people ask, "How did you do that?" Either in photoshop works or photo images, I can provide personalized training at any experience level.
I have a strong belief that the creative process begins with understanding composition then moves to the tools of your trade to capture an process what you envision. From framing and composition, lighting, understanding camera functions, photoshop tools to and how to use them. From beginner to experienced users looking to brush up on their skills, I can help.
For potential students and parents: I'm patient, flexible, fun, safe, super easy to work with- and above all, professional. I have extensive experience in teaching in the field and the classroom in a variety of subjects. I thrive on originality, vision and interaction with my subjects in creating experiences resulting in stunning images. I own my own equipment and can travel longer distances to meet with clients depending on location.
