Hi, thank you for your interest in my service. I retired from a career as a stationary engineer, where I trained new people and gained a great appreciation for different ways of learning. I am currently studying in a Master in Teaching program to become an English as a Second Language and High School English teacher.
While an undergraduate, I was a tutor in Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language classes for six quarters, and tutored college students (including Masters program students) in two local college writing centers for four quarters. I graduated with a 3.97 GPA, have completed the coursework and endorsement tests to teach High School English and ESL, and my writing has been published in three literary journals.
