I love helping people reach their full potential and learn the many ways of learning that do not stereotype each individual student. It has been my pleasure to work with several hundred students by improving their test scores, and grades, but more importantly to help them build their self-confidence to reach their ultimate potential.
I worked for 7 years as a special education assistant, specializing in children with ADD and dyslexia. I also home-schooled my four sons till middle school. I graduated with my BA in Health and Wellness in July of 2012. I maintained a 4.0 grade point average while working full time.
I've used my research and knowledge in helping not only my son and other students but also my husband to realize that dyslexia is a gift. If it were not for this special gift of dyslexia we would not have most of our explorers, inventors, and scientists.
If you choose me as a tutor, you will be getting a very compassionate person. I am passionate about learning and the importance in teaching students to have a love of learning beyond the four walls of their school. Learning is life and life is learning.
