Hello prospective students. I'm a CPA, married, with two amazing boys, and live in Duvall, Washington. I've worked in industry for over 13 years and I truly love what I do. In my job, I've done just about everything an accountant would be asked to do, from preparing basic JEs, account reconciliations, financial statements, financial analysis, payroll, and taxes. However, in all the responsibilities that I've ever had, there is nothing more fulfilling than training / teaching others. Much of that has been done in the role of a controller for a small software company. I must admit that there some patience draining moments, however, once that person has that "aha" moment, it's all worth it. My love for training / teaching others started when I was in college when I tutored high school and college math and college students.

I used to tutor students in person, so the remote tutoring will be an adjustment, but I'm sure it will be great. I hope we have a change to work together.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
