A little bit about me: I work at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in the Dynamics CRM space. I graduated from Drexel with a degree in Computer Engineering in June 2012, and joined Microsoft right out of college.

I have been involved in the field of peer mentorship and tutoring for about 5 years now. I have a vast experience in teaching core subjects like physics, calculus, trigonometry, computer science and so on to middle school, high school and college students.

I prefer to follow peer-mentor and buddy style teaching as opposed to a strict instructor-student methodology. In my years of experience, I have realized that the mentor/guide/buddy approach is much more encouraging and beneficial to the student.

I have taken multiple business courses from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University. These include basic courses like 'Fundamentals for Business' to highly advanced, practical and management-oriented courses like 'Introduction to Marketing Management', 'Domestic and Global Outsourcing Management' and 'Business Consulting'. I finished all my business courses with A grade and was the winner of PharmaSim marketing simulator.

Career Development

I hold the prestigious certificate in 'Professional Development and Career Management' from the Steinbright Career Development Center at Drexel University. I finished a total of 32 D Cooperative Units in 6 months from Siemens Healthcare, a 75 billion dollar international electronics conglomerate.

Computer Programming

I have been involved in analyzing requirements, coding and testing for more than 7 years now. I am very skilled at languages like Java, C and so on. I took a series of highly advanced courses like 'Programming for Engineers', 'Advanced Programming', 'Programming Tools and Techniques', 'Data Structures and Algorithms', 'Network Programming' and so on at Drexel University. My job at Microsoft also requires extensive use of C#.

Computer Science

In my daily job at Microsoft, I extensively apply various algorithms for app efficiency and productivity. I took a couple of very advanced courses at the Department of Computer Science, UCross at Drexel University - 'Advanced Programming Tools and Techniques', and 'Data Structures and Algorithms'. I finished both these courses in the top 1% of the class with a grade of A in each of them.

Computer Engineering

I hold an Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from Drexel University. While studying there, I completed a wide range of engineering tracks from Networking to Programming to VLSI Design. In my capstone project/senior thesis, I worked on leveraging a unified and efficient testbed to examine WiMax networks and their deployments.
