I am interested in teaching high school level biology, it's my favorite subject. I like to teach through interactive model approach. I also like feedback if you are having problem understanding something and need extra time to work on something please feel free to tell me, I would be happy to help. I have two Master's degree's including one from Harvard, and my favorite subject in school is environmental health sciences.
I completed my Master's of Public Health degree at Harvard School of Public Health with concentration in “Environmental and Occupational Health.” The program is intensive and allowed me to draw on knowledge and skills from variety of disciplines to help define, assess and draw solutions for resolving the public health problems and issues, which are a big challenge for public health professionals like me. In addition, I was on the winning team “HSPH policy challenge 2012” in which we came up with recommendations and solutions to improve the “Health care reform” and reduce the overall cost of expenditure on treatment of chronic illnesses like diabetes by improving preventive care. I feel so honored that we were invited to present our proposal at “Massachusetts state house”. I also attended various workshops and lectures at MIT and Harvard Business School. I think that the knowledge regarding chemical mechanisms of toxins, pollutants and chemicals can actually help policy makers to design better policies to protect population from harmful effects. I believe that my background in medicine, environmental health and health policy can help me understanding these concepts.
Thank you for your attention and consideration.
