I have four years of experience teaching desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote, versions 2003-2010. I have taught every level from beginning [never used the program before] through advanced. Running my classes involved developing my own curriculum, so I am able to create classes around your needs.

I have also spent time answering questions on a help website.

My favorite classes to teach are Excel and Access, and I have a special talent for the beginning level courses and classes for the "right brained."

Microsoft PowerPoint

I have four years of professional experience teaching PowerPoint, beginner to advanced level. In addition, I taught classes in presentation skills. If you want to create an effective presentation using PowerPoint as your visual, I can help you make that happen.

Microsoft Access

I have four years of professional experience teaching Access, beginner to advanced level. Everything from how a database works to creating a complete database from scratch. I like to focus on tables and queries, as these are the backbone and circulatory system of the system. Anything else you need, including forms, reports, automatic functions, export/import, security - you will be able to make it do the work for you.

Microsoft Outlook

I have four years of professional experience teaching Outlook, beginner to advanced level. Outlook is one of the most unpredictable programs in the Microsoft suite - but it can be powerful and can make communication much less time-consuming.
