My name is Jeremy, I am a second year student at Green River CC. I am studying to receive a bachelor of science in computer engineering. I have taken all of the math classes up through differential equations, and done well in them all. I would like to give the students that I work with a sound foundation in math. What I mean by foundation is that you can't go on to the higher level maths unless you have a good grasp of the basics. I have had to put a lot of time and hard work in to getting as far as I have. Although I am currently not employed by the school as a tutor; I often help other students with any math related questions they may have. I know that math can seem very daunting at times, my job is to simplify the subject as much possible and help the student understand the relationship with something that doesn't seem as difficult. This helps the student understand the concepts not just be able manually plug through problems.
