ACT English
My undergraduate major was in Radio & Television News and Writing, and a minor in English. I have extensive background in writing. Over the years, I have mastered the technics of taking standardized English test. My undergraduate work in English also gave me the tools to understand the nuances of standardized English test.
ACT Reading
My undergraduate major and minor courses are reading and writing intensive courses. Similarly, my legal education also requires a lot of reading and writing classes. Thus, I have extensive years of reading and writing that enhance my reading and comprehension. My legal studies also gave me critical thinking and analytical skills. These skills are the basic prerequisites to taking ACT Reading tests.
Bar Exam
I have taken the bar exam and passed. I have tutored Bar exam taken Technics and my analytical and critical thinking skills would enhance students ability to do well in the Bar exam.
Economics
I have a good understanding of both micro and macro economics. I have tutored college students in economics for several years and I have helped students prepare for a test taken in economics. I enjoy working through the many economic challenges that permeate both the college and the national levels.
English
My undergraduate major was in Radio & Television News and a minor in English. I took a good number of English courses in my undergraduate studies. I also took several advance English classes in professional studies. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to tutor English.
Grammar
My undergraduate major was in Radio & Television News and a minor in English. I took a good number of English courses in my undergraduate studies. I also took several advance English classes in professional studies. Over the years, I have also had the opportunity to tutor English. I have also helped students polished their grammar both in written and spoken English.
Law
I have practiced law for more than ten years in both civil and criminal litigation. In my years of practicing law, I have drafted numerous contracts, incorporations, bye laws, and employment manuals. I have also reviewed many legal documents, including but not limited to Estate, Will and Trusts, Tax, Torts and Property. I have written several briefs, motions, and memoranda of laws. I have also written a published law review article. In order to further diversify my legal career, I am working on my LLM in International Taxation and Financial Services; Compliance and Risk Management.
Literature
In college, I took several English Literature classes as part of my core requirements to meet my undergraduate degree in both English and Radio and Television News & writing. I have tutored various students in literary works of Shakespeare, Christopher Marlowe, Charles Dickens, Hawthorne, Hemingway, Huxley, Homer, James Hardy, and Melville Harman, just to mention few.

I am currently working on a fiction novel that I intended to publish once completed. Public Speaking
I am an attorney and I have engaged in numerous jury trials. These trials have given me the experience needed to comport myself very appropriately. I have the ability to share these experiences with students.

I currently work on a fiction novel that I intended to publish once completed. Tax Preparation
I am in the LLM in Taxation and Financial Services program. I understand Tax laws and regulations and the nuances of tax deductions and tax credits, both locally and international. I have filed numerous tax returns over the years. I would be willing to share my knowledge in Tax Laws and my tax preparation with students. I would also help maximize refunds while minimize tax liabilities. I also have experience in Transfer Pricing. My knowledge in Taxation matters is not limited to local tax but include international tax and financial services.
TOEFL
I have tutored numerous foreign students, who are required to take TOEFL as prerequisites for admission into U.S. universities, to pass TOEFL. Over the years, I have developed and shared the technics of taking and passing this standardized tests. I have attention to details and the ability to analyze the nuances of TOEFL.
Vocabulary
Mastering vocabulary is the key to effective writing and the key to mastering vocabulary is reading. I have developed a wealth of vocabulary over the years from my extensive reading both in college and my professional career. I have the proficiency and the acumen to tutor vocabulary. My proficiency in vocabulary is not only derived from my long years of extensive reading but also from my training as an English student. My legal training also contributed immensely to my robust vocabulary.
Writing
