Hi, my name is Charlie and I am a fourth year graduate student in the Physics PhD program at William and Mary. I would love to help you or your student to learn physics and mathematics. My goal is to increase understanding and confidence in the subjects I teach by patient and thorough conversations with students.
I have been a private physics tutor for high school (Virtual Virginia) and undergraduate students in Introductory Mechanics and Electricity and Magnetism courses for two years. In this capacity I have taught new concepts when traditional lectures were not effective, helped with questions on homework and with studying for exams.
I have also been a teaching assistant for six semesters for undergraduate and graduate physics classes ranging from Introductory Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, Statistical Mechanics and Analog and Digital Electronics.
I hope that I can use my experience tutoring and teaching to help you or your student learn, understand, and become confident in physics and mathematics.
Good Tutor! — Good tutor! Very clear and patient with me. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered in an hour. I saved money and don't need any more help. Got all the help I needed - thank you very much! Will definitely recommend him. ...
