With my education, practical mathematics expertise, experience teaching at the community college level, experience tutoring high school and middle school mathematics, and positive and patient attitude, I am confident that I will be a valuable asset to your education.
I currently work as a mathematician and statistician for and FAA contractor and major airlines, where I spend most my days using and explaining mathematical procedures. I graduated from the College of William and Mary with a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and a master's degree in Computational operations research. I have had experience tutoring and teaching math at all levels. I have taught math courses at Thomas Nelson Community College and Rappahannock Community College, and have been a teacher's assistant at the College of William and Mary. I excel in a tutoring environment, and have repeatedly seen students' grades rise significantly after our sessions.
In my own experiences, I have found that in mathematics, each student needs a unique approach. In pinpointing problem areas and learning styles, I can tutor using personalized lesson plans, ensuring your success!
