I'm a former special education teacher and hold certifications in two multi-sensory reading programs: Orton Gillingham and Wilson Reading. I work individually with students to assess their current skill level and create specialized lesson plans based on the needs of the student. Lessons focus primarily on encoding (spelling), decoding (reading), phonemic awareness, fluency, and comprehension.
