Please let me introduce myself. My name is William D., and I am a faculity member at ITT Technical Institute and a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, Carey School of Business, Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) program. Also, I’ve achieved a certificate in Information Systems and Telecommunications from JHU, and graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems, Suma Cum Laude. I'm also a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) and Alphi Chi National Scholar Society.
My career spans 20 years of working in information technology, and now I'm eager to help you prepare for the challenges of the 21st century. My approach to tutoring is multidisciplinary, and methods depend on your age and ability. We will have fun and do a lot of hard work.
You will be challenged through reading, your thought and discourse in sessions, and projects and assignments, thereby developing a high level of intellectual engagement. In most cases we will use well-qualified web sources; this helps you develop a foundation for the subject and a trusted resource. I have tutored adults and teens, and conducted training for executives and the workforce in technology, practices, and standards.
My well-developed interpersonal skills, knowledge and patience are skills required for tutoring, and I hope we will have an opportunity to meet, and help you grow and flourish. Please feel free to contact me to arrange an appointment at a mutually convenient time.
