I have a Ph.D degree from the University of Virginia and was a teaching assistant there for several years. I also have 9 years of one-on-one in-person and over one year of online tutoring experience.

In those years of teaching and tutoring, I learned that some things are universal to every student, and yet some things are unique to each one. Everyone benefits from patience, encouragement, acknowledgement, and well-organized materials, but there is always more than one way to explain and solve a problem. What clicks with each student can be very different and it is an educator's job to find that out. How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
