Hi students and parents,
My name is Choupel and I am 29 years old. I am very excited and looking forward to the opportunity to tutor you/your child in mandarin Chinese. I studied and lived in Beijing for over 4 years. I can speak and write Chinese at a native level. Mandarin Chinese was the language of instruction for all of my math and science classes until I came to the U.S. for high school and college. In high school, I passed the Chinese proficiency exam (which consisted of writing, reading and a telephone interview) and earned academic credits without taking any of the classes. I have kept up with my Chinese language skills by continually exposing myself to reading, listening and watching all kinds of Chinese-related materials. Additionally, I also help out my cousin who is currently taking AP Chinese in her high school. Therefore, I am very confident in my ability to help you/your child in achieving Chinese language proficiency. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
