I have taught ACT prep for the past 15+ years for the Cambridge Educational Corp. I have preppped students for all four parts of the exam with excellent results, having students show an improvement on an average of 8 points in the overall composite. I have also served as NY State Chairperson elect for the ACT prior to relocating to the area.

I have spent 27+ years teaching in college and financial aid guidance. I have also worked in several employment and training positions and have extensive experience with resume prep, interview prep and overall job search skills. I am presently a senior advisor with the DOD assisting military dependents in career and educational areas.
With over 20 years of experience as a college advisor on the secondary level (the last 15 years at an all-girls academy in New York) I assisted in the advisement and placement of students in a wide variety of colleges and universities. The course needs to be given in a relaxed yet structured format so that the student does not get overly anxious.
