In May, I graduated summa cum laude from Boston University, where I majored in Biology with a concentration in Ecology and Conservation Biology. Tutoring was my first job in high school, and I have continued to work as a tutor almost ever since. My success has always been founded in my enthusiasm for the subjects, patience, and commitment to putting the specific needs of my students before all else.
While at Boston University, I worked for two years in the Educational Resource Center gaining formal training, experience, and expanding my range of subjects to include statistics, economics, physics, and biology. Working at the ERC I honed my greatest strength as a tutor, my ability to figure out where students are coming from and how best to approach their questions.
Based on my experience tutoring and my academic studies, I am confident that I can work effectively with students from middle school to college in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. Please feel free to contact me with questions or to arrange for tutoring. I look forward to meeting you!
