Dear Prospective Students,
My name is Jason, have several years of experience tutoring students of all ages, from middle school through the university level. If you need help with a technical subject, I can help you. I am a firm believer that anything is possible, because there was a time when I struggled with math and science too.
About me: I am currently a scientist for the Department of Homeland Security. I studied Physics and Math at Old Dominion University, and while at ODU I volunteered my time and tutored peers and underclassmen in university level math at the math lab, and physics in the physics lab. Courses covered included: Algebra, Calculus, Complex Variables, Trigonometry, Differential Equations, Undergraduate Physics, Newtonian Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Optics. Upon returning to DC I began tutoring high school and middle school students in Algebra, Trigonometry, and Chemistry.
I have reliable transportation (a vehicle), and I am great with students of all ages. I am reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to email me. I look forward to hearing from you.
