I have studied mathematics for such a long period of time that I cannot remember myself without it. I graduated from the Mathematical Academy in Moscow and eagerly prepared myself to the passing a test to enter Mathematical Department of Moscow University. While an undergraduate at Moscow University, I volunteered in mathematical academies, sharing my experience in elementary mathematics, worked by correspondence for several years with high school students living far from cultural center. I continued my studies in the university as a graduate, helping undergraduate students from various technical colleges to study math more profoundly, worked as a tutor for an undergraduate calculus course.
Although I selected to devote myself to work in software industry, I worked for some time as a high school teacher in Russia. In the US, I worked as a teaching assistant at Rutgers University in NJ and, later, delivered a math course in Lincoln University, Oakland CA.
The main aim that I pursue while working with a student is to teach the student to think, not only to solve typical problems from a textbook. I will be glad to help the students who will invite me to share my knowledge with them.
