I would love to tutor in any of the following subjects. I am a part-time student but I have a very flexible schedule outside of my classes. I love art and music! I was a piano tutor during my senior year of high school and accompanied for my school choirs at the same time. I also enjoy singing and know a lot of music history from taking piano lessons for 9 years and singing in choirs for 5 years. If you want help with any type of art - painting, sculpting and drawing especially - I would love to tutor in the subject. Also in photography - I know how to develop film and enhance photos on adobe Photoshop.

I am also advanced in my French comprehension, reading, writing and speaking. I am currently studying French at Brigham Young University, with one year left before I graduate. I love the language and culture and would love to tutor in French conversation and grammar.

Along with the artistic side I enjoy math. Both my parents taught math and I would love to help. I also love English, whether it's reading it or writing it. I am a grammar fanatic. I also like to work with/on computers. I have 4 blogs and my own website. I volunteered as a web-designer for a few months last year and I know the basics of most computer programs.

I love to work with kids who are elementary age in any subject. I also helped with special needs kids in my schools growing up and love to help them learn or just be their friend.

French

French is my passion! I am a Senior at Brigham Young University and will graduate next year with a Bachelor's degree in French Studies. I currently live in foreign language housing at BYU where I am required to speak French whenever in my apartment. I studied abroad in France during the Fall of 2010 and have studied French for 6 years.

Elementary (K-6th)

I have a lot of experience working with and helping kids due to coming from a large family and having regular baby-sitting/nannying jobs all throughout my teenage years. General Music

If you love music and want to know more about where it comes from and how it all works then let me know. I can give you lessons and tutor you on musical theory and history. You will also learn how to play chords and scales in different keys. You can find out how different instruments work and you can even receive extra practice in singing.

Piano

I have been playing the piano for 11 years. I was a piano tutor during my senior year of high school while accompanying for my school choirs. I love playing the piano and enjoy teaching others so they can learn to love it too. If you need extra help outside of lessons I'd be happy to tutor, or if you aren't taking lessons but are interested in playing the piano I'd love to help!

Sight Singing

If you're having trouble sight singing or you just want to learn the skill, please contact me. After singing in choirs for 5-6 years and playing the piano for 11 years I have gained a lot of knowledge in solfege and other techniques for sight singing. Solfege is a great skill to learn if you want to be able to sing on pitch just by reading music. If you're interested in learning this and other methods of sight singing let me know.

Special Needs

If you or your child needs extra care or tutoring I'm here to help. I've been helping with special education students all throughout my school years. My mother was a teacher for special education and she passed the love for these students onto me. Whether you want help with specific subjects or just want a friend to do activities with please let me know.

Web Design

Ever wanted to make your own, personalized website? If your answer is yes then you've come to the right person, if not - well we can change that. It's a totally fun thing to do! After coming to tutoring you'll be able to make a website for yourself, your business, school or anything you want. You'll also know how to make it private or public, how to get rid of advertisements and how to upload and design all sorts of pages.

Sewing

If you want to learn how to make your own clothes or you're just interested in learning the basics of sewing please let me know! It's so much fun and such a rewarding skill to have. I've been sewing since my early teen years and I just finished a sewing course on Basic Clothing Construction at BYU. I'd be happy to teach you anything about sewing, whether you just want to learn how a sewing machine works or you want to make a new dress for the summer.

Drawing

If you want to learn how to draw people, scenery or any object let me know. I Drawing has been one of my hobbies since I was a little girl. I have developed the skill of drawing from taking classes and from learning at home. I took an AP art class during my junior year of high school and I am continuing to pursue the subject.

Photography

Let me know if you want to learn the basic skills of Photography. It's such a fun hobby! I can teach you how to develop film and photos. If you want to enhance your digital photos I will help you edit them on Adobe Photoshop and other programs. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
